You are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the fill pipe and delivery location, and for keeping the fill and vent pipes clearly identifiable and accessible.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You represent that you own the tank or have authority to request delivery to the tank, and that the tank system is in safe operating condition.

You are responsible for verifying the correct fill location, maintaining tank integrity, and keeping the tank and related equipment compliant with applicable laws, codes, and manufacturer guidance.

7. Missed Delivery, Inaccessibility, and Additional Charges

If delivery cannot be completed because access is blocked, the fill pipe cannot be located, conditions are unsafe, or information provided is incorrect, Paul's Services Inc. may charge a trip fee or rescheduling fee where permitted by law.

8. Payment Authorization

If you pay by card, ACH, or other electronic method, you authorize Paul's Services Inc. to charge the payment method for the total amount due, including applicable taxes and fees, at the time of acceptance, scheduling, delivery, or completion, depending on operational requirements.

9. No Professional Advice

Information on the website is general and may not apply to your situation. The website does not provide legal, financial, safety, or engineering advice.

10. Prohibited Use

No Refund Policy

Effective Date: 2026

1. All Sales Final

All sales are final. Paul's Services Inc. does not offer refunds for delivered fuel oil or for services performed.

2. Delivered Fuel Oil

After delivery begins, you owe payment for fuel delivered. No refunds are issued for delivered quantities, including partial deliveries, top offs, or minimum delivery amounts.

3. Scheduling, Delays, and Inability to Deliver

Delivery timing is not guaranteed. Refunds are not issued for delays caused by weather, supply constraints, mechanical issues, access issues, emergencies, or other factors outside control.

If a delivery attempt cannot be completed because access is blocked, the fill pipe cannot be located, conditions are unsafe, or information provided is incorrect, you may still owe applicable trip, service, or rescheduling fees where permitted by law.

4. Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, contact Paul's Services Inc. promptly by email at oil@paulsservicesinc.com or by phone at 207-780-6710. Paul's Services Inc. may investigate and, if an error is confirmed, correct the charge through an adjustment or credit as required by law.

5. Required by Law

This No Refund Policy applies to the maximum extent permitted by law. Any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law remain in effect.
